Private Label Support to Marketers
Biddiscombe specializes in small-batch private label manufacturing to both domestic and international clients. Our clients include spas, salons, retailers, specialty marketers, large marketers with small, custom run needs, franchisors creating chain brands, and entrepreneurs creating their own brands.
Should you need PL production runs of less than 6000 units per item, or drum quantities less than 4000 pounds we are the place to come. Biddiscombe provides private label or PL services to small skin care and cosmeceutical companies, spas, large salons, franchise chains, marketing companies and specialized retail stores.
Development of private label products follows a 6 step process
- Identify the product required, key ingredients, fragrance and product characteristics. This is a highly interactive process involving the Customer, our chemists, purchasing and manufacturing staff.
- Create pilot samples for customer consideration.
- Finalize product formulation to satisfy customer preferences on quality, cost, appearance and fragrance.
- Establish packaging and labeling needs and work with the client to achieve a cost efficient approach to meeting the marketing parameters. Source needed components and assist in getting label needs met in accordance with labeling regulations.
- Manufacture exactly as formulated, package, label, and ship.
